The project of Thuan Chua IT Park is located in Tuần Châu, Ha Long Bay, Vietnam. It is situated next to Tuần Châu road, the main entrance of the island, and provides a good connection with the rest of the city and Ha Long City Centre. The master plan design is divided into three main areas: the hotel corner facing the entrance to the island, the IT Park in the centre and the high-rise residential area at the end of the land, facing the main road and enjoying a central green park dedicated to high-end facilities and amenities.
