This villa project is located in District 1, central HCMC. The client is the owner of the real estate developer company Phat Dat and he owns this villa and the existing 4 floors building and the lands next door. He wants to demolish the old construction to join both plots and build his new family house.This project is surrounded by other buildings and the main challenge of the design was to create its own private garden and outdoor terraces ensuring its privacy and security. The design proposal focused on the idea of a green courtyard called “the secret garden” where all the main living rooms, family rooms and bedrooms are facing.
